I received the book “Work It, Girl!” by Lorraine Morris Cole and Pamela M McBride and I’ll tell you it’s been wonderful from the beginning. This book is perfect for the way the economy is right now. This book talks all about working outside the home. How to get a new job, finding a career, or working from home are all things you’ll read in this book.

One of the things that has stuck in my mind since I began reading this book is a quote that I read near the beginning of the book. The authors said, “Your success is whatever YOU want it to be and the very moment that you define success in your own terms, will be the very moment that you take your first step toward achieving it.”

There are several places in this book where the authors are discussing working outside the home, but if you think about it in terms of your own life as a Work at Home Mom you’ll see that it’s possible to relate what they’re talking about to your life as well. There are a number of things that are geared toward a job that could also be geared toward a business and vise versa.

Whether you’re looking for a job, wanting to change careers, or if you want to quit your job and work from home, this book is a must read. It will give you the confidence you need to pursue your dreams and make it happen.
