Most of our blog readers are from the States, so I wanted to share a bit of Canadian fun with you.
We’ve been watching a new reality show, Battle of the Blades, where professional figure skaters team up with hockey players and ice dance for charity.

The thing about good figure skating is that it looks effortless .
It’s a lot like working at home successfully. To a casual observer, it sometimes looks like we have all the freedom in the world.
But to make it look so easy takes determination, focus, and lots of inner strength.
