Attitude of Gratitude Award!
This week, I felt honored to accept the Attitude of Gratitude Award. Thank you very much to Jennica of Peekaboo Kids Gear for nominating me. I appreciate it!
I was asked to share how I’ve come to have an attitude of gratitude…
When I began my virtual business, I found some wonderful mentors who answered all my questions, and (very patiently) kept me on the right track to reach my goals. Without their willingness to share their time and expertise with me, I would probably have made many more mistakes.
Because of the help that was given to me, it’s important for me to help other moms who want to work at home whenever I can.
And in the spirit of helping moms connect with other moms, here is my list of 10 mom blogs that I think deserve the reward.
Women Have Pet Peeves Somedays, having someone to complain to about what really irked you off is the only thing that gets you through. This is where you can go to find women who understand how truly annoyed you are, and why.
Parent Zone Parenting articles, parenting tips, and child-friendly, healthy recipes. (Coming up with healthy recipes that kids will actually eat is worthy of an award all by itself.)
From Dominque’s Desk Written by an elementary school teacher and mother of two active boys, this blog focuses on full-time working parents, stay-at-home parents, and activities and products for kids ranging from infancy to elementary school.
Virtual Freedom 4 You The blog of a work-at-home-mom and my own virtual assistant.
Shak’in and Bak’in Great recipes, giveaways, and contests.
Demandez L’Ange A fun parenting blog written by virtual assistant and work-at-home-mom.
Healthy Perspectives Featuring an array of health topics, nutrition, recipes and fitness for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
Homeschool Diva An inspirational blog for homeschool families. Homeschool ideas, resources, and a closeup look at the real life of a homeschooling family. Whenever I stop by there, I feel I’m at a quiet oasis in the midst of a hectic day.
Free Devotionals for Kids and Parents Too My mom’s devotional blog. But that’s not the only reason why you should visit it. If you’re interested in teaching your kids from a biblical perspective, she has some great information and resources.
Hall of Fame Moms Reviews of products of interest to moms, women, or families in general. Good stuff!
Army Crossroads Home business information and opportunities for military families.
